What's coming up.

On this page I'll include information on the new games I've read about.

Vexx is an action platform game from Acclaim

X-Men:Wolverines Revenge will be published by Activison. This fighting game takes you back in the history of Wolverine all they way to Weapon-X. Wolverine fans should pick this up.

Brute Force is a tactical shooter published by Microsoft for the Xbox.

Tenchu III is more of that samuri action you love from Activison.

House of the Dead 3 is a shooter from Sega for the Xbox.

Shinobi is another samuri action game that oldschoolers should remember.

Crimson Skies is a 1-4 player action shooter where you fly planes. Look for it on the Xbox.

Mission Impossible Operation Surma is an action title put out by Infogrames. Lets hope they get it right this time.

Jurassic Park:Project Genesis is a action/strategy game by Universial where you build the park.

Toe Jam and Earl III is an action/adventure from Sega.

Star Wars The Clone Wars is an action game from Lucasarts.

Minority Report is a game based on the movie from Activison.

Rygar is based on the old NES action title from Temco.

Superman Shadow of Apokolips will hopefully be better than the N64 prequel.

Ratchet & Clank is from the creators of Spyro and hopefully be as good.

Evil Dead:A fistful of Boomstick is a horror game from THQ that will be based on the movie.

Total Immersion Racing is a Le Mans esque racer from Empire.

.hack puts you in the role of a gamer who is playing an RPG and will come out from Bandai.

Simpsons Skateboarding is a Tony rip off from EA.

Devil May Cry 2 puts you back in the shoes of Dante and will be out later this year from Capcom.

The Getaway is a gang game that is Sony's answer to Grand Theft Auto 3. It should hit the US in November.

Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is an action game. Lets put it this way think MGS2 meets Rainbow Six with incredible graphics.

The Legend of Zelda is another title starring Link for the Gamecube with Cel-Shaded graphics to make it look like a cartoon.

Contra: Shattered Soldier is an shooter  that people with an NES should remember. Its totally 3-D instead of the old 2-D everyone likes.

Steel Battalion is an Xbox mech game from Capcom. The unique joystick that comes packaged with the game has and this is no lie 40 buttons,flashing lights, two joysticks,tuning dial and 3 foot pedals.

Panzer Dragoon Orta is a update to one of Sega's most loved series. This time Smilebit(Jet Grind Radio) will handle development.

Ninja Gaiden is an action game from Temco that stars Ryu Hyabusa for the Xbox. Ryu was in a classic NES game that back in the 80s was everyone favorite.

Red Faction 2 is a FPS from THQ. The original had a breakthrough engine called GEO-MOD that allowed for level destruction . Lets hope the new game can improve upon it.

Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance is not your typical MGS game. It has the whole MGS 2 game which you can play all the way through as Snake and hundreds of VR missions. Snake also dons a skateboard tying out for Tony 4(for real).

Resident Evil 0 is the prequel for the whole series and will take place mostly in a train. The graphics look great but hopefully Capcom will help the controls.

The Lord of the Rings:The Two Towers is an EA published game that will folow the plot of the first 2 movies.

Blinx:The Time Sweeper is an unique action platform game for the Xbox that will allow you to use the hardrive to stop time in the game.

Metroid Prime is a long awaited sequel to the last game on the SNES. This game will be a FPS but it is a beatiful one. Lets hope things work out for the best for Samus.

James Bond 007: Nightfire is another EA bond game that will not follow any movie plot. As James will be fighting the evil Rafael Drake to save the world. Lets hope its as good as Agent Under Fire.

Burnout 2 : Point of Impact will have you driving cars that look like they where out of that crappy movie The Fast and the Furious. The crashes will remain as spectaular as always but the depth will be improved.

Star Wars Bounty Hunter is an action game putting you in the shoes of Jango Fett to finish the bounties you have already taken.

Tao Feng: Fist of the Lotus is a fighting game for the Xbox but don't get your hopes up.

Breath of Fire is the latest addition to the Capcom RPG and is coming for PS2.

Will the GTA 3 clones never stop. There's another one. True Crime Streets of LA is going to be published by Activision and will revolve more around action then driving.

Dark Cloud 2 is a sequel to Sony's popular RPG and will have cel shaded graphics. Whats up with that.

Pro Race Driver is a racing game with a story to go along with the racing. You play as Ryan McKane in your quest to follow in your fathers footsteps. It will be out on PS2 and Xbox.

Timesplitters 2 is another FPS from Eidos. This is the sequel to the launch title Timesplitters. This time around it will be on all top 3 console with internet play  a posibility.

Crimson Sea is an action game from Koei that uses the Dynasty Warriors 3 engine. This engine produces some beautiful graphics and sound but lets hope it better then the game metioned above.

The Hobbit is based on JRR Tolkiens first book. The only infromation from Sierra is it will come only to the Cube in 2003.

Battlefield 1942 is a Xbox Live title that will support 64 players online.  This game takes place in WWII and is a FPS with some flying thrown in. 

Return to Castle Wolfenstein has you capping Nazis in the port of the PC game of the same name.

B.C. is a stategy bassed game for the Xbox that relies on realism. It will be published by Microsoft and developed by Intrepid games. A release date is TBA.

Unlimited Saga is an RPG by Square that is a sequel to SaGa Frontier. The graphics look to be cel shaded but are not. The art is directed by Akitoshi Kawazu who worked on the FF series. Look for it on the PS2 in Spring of 2003.

Pokemon Ruby  and Sapphire are the latest addition to the favorite games for 8 year olds that everyone enjoys. The graphics have been improved to take advantage of the GBA . With new innovations like two pokemons on the screen at once this is going to be a smash hit. Look for it in 2003.

Ape Escape 2 is a sequel to a popular PS1 game of the same name. Not much has changed though. The controls are the same which is fine because they were good to begin with. The major improvement is the graphics. Look for it on the PS2 in the near future.

Rayman 3 is another game staring the limbless wonder. The major improvement is now the game focuses heavily on combat. The graphics have been beafed up to take advantage of the next gen consoles. Look for it on all consoles in the fall.

WWE Smackdown Shut Your Mouth is the yearly update to the best wrestling series. This years version improves on last years season mode which many fans complained about. The roster is up to over 55 wrestlers and you get to play as Hogan in classic red and yellow. The only question is where are the bra and panties matches?

Disaster Report puts you in the shoes of a reporter who survives a city collapsing in the ocean. You must sift through the rubble to find other survivors and eloude the Black Ops who try to stop you from finding the truth. It will come your way from Agetec in october.

Fighter Maker 2 lets you create your own fighting games. So if you don't like the fighting system in Tekken 4 nows your chance to change that. If you have the original you can upload an additional 800 moves.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon is a tactical shooter for the Xbox that looks to out do SOCOM. It will be online with 16 people.
